Delete Your Pullhound Data
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of the data associated with your use of Pullhound, the mobile app published by Oval Innovations, LLC. Pullhound uses anonymous accounts (no username or password), so we identify your data by the device and/or the email address you provided.
How to request deletion
- Email alerts@ovalinnovationsllc.com with the subject “Delete my Pullhound data.”
- So we can find your data, include either:
- the email address you entered for email alerts (if you used that feature), and/or
- your account ID — in the app, open Settings and note the ID shown there, or simply send the request from the device and mention your approximate sign-up/first-use date.
- We’ll confirm and delete your data, then email you when it’s done — within 30 days.
What gets deleted
| Data | Action |
|---|---|
| Your watchlist (player names) | Deleted |
| Your feed and “seen listing” records | Deleted |
| Notification settings & push token | Deleted |
| Email address (if you enabled email alerts or joined the waitlist) | Deleted |
| Anonymous account ID | Deleted |
| Analytics identifiers tied to your account | Deleted |
What may be kept
We may retain aggregated, de-identified usage statistics that can no longer be linked to you, and any records we’re required to keep for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
Delete it yourself, right now
- Stop monitoring: remove players from your watchlist in the app.
- Stop alerts: turn off Push and Email in Settings, or revoke notification permission in your device settings.
- Uninstall the app: this stops all further data collection from your device. To also remove data already stored on our servers, send the deletion request above.
